The Board of Directors for KTC CFS consists of three members of each of the three First Nations that we serve.  It includes the Chiefs of each First Nation and two members that they have appointed.

 

We currently serve three First Nations:  Loon River Cree First Nation # 476, Peerless - Trout First Nation # 478 and Lubicon Lake Band # 453.

 

Our current Board of Directors is as follows:

Ivan Sawan is a Board Member and the Chief of Loon River First Nation.

Heather McTaggart is Board Vice Chair and a Band Councilor for Loon River First Nation.

Darren Noskey is the Board Treasurer and a Band Councilor for Loon River First Nation.

Gilbert Okemow is a Board Member and the Chief of Peerless - Trout First Nation.

Paul Houle is a Board Member and a Band Councilor for Peerless - Trout First Nation.

Judy Sinclair is the Board Secretary and a Band Councilor for Peerless - Trout First Nation.

 

Billy Joe Laboucan is a Board Member and the Chief of Lubicon Lake Band.

Troy Laboucan is a Board Member and a Band Councilor for Lubicon Lake Band.

Tracy Laboucan-Carter is the Board Chair and a Band Councilor for Lubicon Lake Band.
